1. What this policy covers
Packergo Print Pro ("the app") designs and prints invoices, SKU barcodes, and shipping labels inside the Shopify admin. This policy explains what shop data we collect, why, how long we keep it, and your rights.
2. Data we collect
Shop domain and account identity for authentication; products and orders synced from your store into our per-shop database for printing; per-shop settings such as interface language; plan, print-quota, and billing counters; and support messages you send us (email, WhatsApp). We do not collect data beyond what printing, billing, and support require.
3. How we use it
Rendering your templates and print previews, enforcing plan template limits and monthly print quotas, syncing your live subscription from the Shopify Partner API, and answering support requests. We never sell shop data and never use it for advertising.
4. Retention and deletion
Synced orders auto-delete 7 days after creation and synced products 1 day after creation. Uninstalling the app deletes that shop's orders, products, templates, and settings; subscription records are kept only for billing continuity across reinstalls.
5. Third parties and embeds
Data is processed by Shopify (Admin API, App Bridge, Partner API for billing) and our MongoDB host for storage. The app runs no third-party analytics, chat widgets, or font trackers today; if an embed is added, this policy and the Cookie Policy will be updated in the same release.
6. Your rights
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your shop's data at any time via info@packergo.com. Uninstalling the app triggers automatic deletion as described above.
